These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchases at MOROVER retail stores. This website is operated by MOROVER LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED ("MOROVER", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. By using this website or purchasing from our stores, you agree to these Terms.

1. Online Ordering Is Not Yet Available

Our online store is scheduled to open in January 2027. Until then, this website provides information about our brand, products and store locations only. No orders can be placed, and no payments can be made, through this website. Any product images or information shown are for reference and do not constitute an offer for sale online.

2. In-Store Purchases

All purchases are made in person at a MOROVER store. Prices displayed in store are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A valid receipt is issued for every purchase and is required for any exchange.

Product availability varies by store. Our T. Nagar store carries men's plus-size only; the full men's and women's range is available at our ECR flagship store.

3. Sizing Information

MOROVER garments are made in sizes 2XL to 10XL, with waist sizes from 40" to 60". Size charts and fit descriptions are provided as a guide. Because fit varies between styles and body shapes, we recommend trying garments in store before purchase. Measurements are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance.

4. Exchanges

MOROVER offers exchanges only. We do not offer cash or online refunds. Our exchange terms, including the eligibility window and excluded items, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The MOROVER name, logo, wordmark and all associated brand assets are trademarks of MOROVER LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected under Indian law. All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, designs and layout — is our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful code. We may suspend or withdraw access to the website at any time without notice.

7. Email Updates

If you join our mailing list, you consent to receive occasional emails about our launch, products and store news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Accuracy of Information

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date at all times. Store addresses, opening dates, product ranges and prices may change without notice.

9. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party sites and services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MOROVER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable law of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase or website use is the version that applies. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a purchase at a MOROVER store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
