At MOROVER, we want you to love your fit. Since our clothing is designed and graded specifically for plus-size bodies, we currently offer exchanges only — no cash or online refunds.

Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 7 days of purchase.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging, with proof of purchase

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:

•  Altered or customised garments
• Undergarments/innerwear
• Clearance or discounted items

How to Request an Exchange

Visit any MOROVER store currently open — ECR or T. Nagar — with your item and receipt within the 7-day window, and our team will help you find the right fit or size. T. Nagar carries men's only; women's garments must be exchanged at ECR.
